What’s a
Cradlerock?
Our name connects directly to our roots in the Cradlerock farm area outside of Princeton, New Jersey. A favorite spot for climbing enthusiasts, Cradlerock is an actual physical rock famous for the unique way it remains balanced along a larger tabletop formation.
The boulder is roughly as big as a medium-sized truck, and people have been known to rock the multi-ton structure simply by pushing at the right place. For us, this formation serves as a clear metaphor reminding us of the potential of every single member of your team to literally move mountains.
