Scott Conley

President and CEO
Cradlerock’s president, Scott’s well-rounded background includes work in technical training, executive coaching, outdoor education, and leadership development. Our resident UConn fan, Scott is also the founder of the Millennium Project, a Stamford, CT based leadership program for higher education, and serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit and industry groups.

Kate has spent the past fifteen years leading a broad range of leadership and management development initiatives in organizations of all sizes. Prior to joining Cradlerock, Kate ran the corporate university of a national retailer and has personally developed and facilitated programming around the country and abroad. Kate also enjoys painting to balance her time spent working with client groups across the country.

Lana Hill

Lana has spent the last 20 years in leadership and management development. She is an educator and consultant with experience leading groups and individuals through a wide variety of learning experiences. She develops customized training and works with all levels of an organization from new employees to senior executives. Lana is experienced as a program designer and facilitator for culturally diverse groups. In her spare time Lana volunteers for local non-profit organizations, is an avid runner and while travelling around the country enjoys finding unique places to run in her pursuit of training for marathons.

Erin’s background in both operational and logistics support make her an invaluable manager on Cradlerock’s team. In addition to coordinating our core programming, Erin also manages our financial channel, runs the headquarters office, and is generally the conductor who keeps the trains running on time. Erin is also the proud mother of Cradlerock’s office dogs.

Linnea has enjoyed a range of experience over the past twenty years in a variety of human resources and management positions at some of America’s largest financial organizations. Currently, she is the head of Cradlerock’s client relationship team, and spends her “spare” time singing opera.

Kyle Courtaway

Kyle has over 15 years of working in all areas of performance improvement including developing performance management systems, executive coaching, 360 instrumentation, team development, and professional skills training. Kyle’s roles have included Organizational Development Manager in a global professional services firm, the Director of the Business and Professional Development Institute at a college in Chicago and adjunct faculty at multiple colleges in the Chicago area. He is also an avid outdoorsman and spends as much time as possible canoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, and sailing.

Nancy Fulford

Nancy is a globally experienced leadership and professional development consultant, trainer, and coach who has worked with a diverse client base developed throughout 20 years in human resources management, organizational development, and management and workforce training and development. Nancy holds a Masters Degree in Communication Theory from The Ohio State University, has served as faculty at the University of Rhode Island, and is the author of a range of published training programs. When not engaged with clients, Nancy can be found sampling Boston’s diverse restaurants and shops, text messaging her two “20-something” kids, playing occasional social tennis, catching a new movie, or walking on the beach.

Adam has over a decade of experience facilitating training programs for a broad group of international organizations. He has worked with diverse populations across many major business sectors, professional sports teams, and educational groups. In addition to his work with Cradlerock, Adam is also an accomplished triathlete and has a true passion for helping client groups understand and achieve truly high performance results.

Jason has designed, lead and facilitated activities with a variety of corporate, collegiate, and professional sports teams. He work has included significant programming in the development of high performance teamwork, as well as a range of leadership and management curricula. In his free time, Jason enjoys travel, team sports, yoga, and meditation.

Mary Amory

Mary has worked in the field of leadership and organizational development for over 25 years with experience in organizational and individual development throughout the United States and globally. Her skills include facilitation, coaching, and interactive program design and delivery. Mary has managed teams of program managers and instructional staff as well as developing and delivering a range of curriculum initiatives. Her interests include sailing, skiing, hiking, the arts, reading, gardening, friends and most of all the adventure of travel and meeting the people that populate and enrich the world.

Kim’s background includes strategic planning, team development, executive coaching, board development, conference design, and leadership programming for management at all levels of a broad range of organizations. With a Masters Degree in Education from Brown University Kim is also a Coast Guard licensed officer and enjoys balancing her work with time on the water.

Roni has more than 20 years experience as a trainer and facilitator with business clients across sectors and organization levels. She has worked in a myriad of environments in different countries and with a full range of client groups delivering professional development programming. Roni speaks French and loves international travel, cooking, hiking, and skiing.

Patrick joined Cradlerock in 1987 and has the unique perspective of being a past CEO of the firm. He has designed and delivered a wide variety of leadership initiatives for hundreds of client groups spanning the manufacturing, financial, service, governmental, and educational sectors. A graduate of Princeton University and long-time New Jersey resident, Patrick still considers himself a temporarily-displaced Minnesotan.

Jim spent twenty-four years in the purchasing and logistics function of a global manufacturing organization including eleven years guiding and facilitating both functional competency programming and management and leadership workshops. With an MBA from Gannon University, Jim spends the little spare time he can find cycling, golfing, traveling, and enjoying his two sons and one lovely granddaughter.

Having survived past lives as both an Industrial Engineer and an Organizational Development Consultant for a large professional services firm, Greg is an accomplished designer and facilitator of performance development experiences. He has a passion for supporting the learning and growth of others and also disappearing with his canoe into a remote wilderness for his own learning adventures.

Lisa Revere

A highly regarded facilitation specialist, Lisa runs learning-based programs for mainstream companies and the State Department, in addition to working in collaboration with key charities and community-based organizations.  Lisa is a Certified Executive Coach, holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and is currently working on her PhD in Leadership and Change…as well as being one of Cradlerock’s many resident Yankees fans.
