| Preston has spent the last fifteen years working with executives around the globe. His primary focus is helping high performance teams with crisis prevention, response, and resolution. Currently engaged in risk management research at Harvard University, he lives with his wife Amy in Gloucester, MA – home of the Perfect Storm. |

| An early Cradlerock partner (1988-1991), for the past decade Denice has juggled part-time training and full-time parenting! A consulting trainer for more than a dozen East Coast organizations, Denice is also a passionate environmentalist who was voted Westampton, NJ’s “Citizen of the Year” in 1998 |

| Scott has worked in both secondary and higher education for the past 20 years. Holding a doctoral degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, Scott has also spent time using his experiential learning expertise supporting service learning initiatives that link higher education with a variety of communities. A lifelong "tri-stater", Scott is a native of Connecticut, now living in central New Jersey. |

| Previous careers as a financial consultant and family psychotherapist helped prepare Kris for her current work as one of Cradlerock’s most diverse facilitators. Our resident expert in personality and communication, Kris is qualified to administer the MBTI and other psychometric tools. Her personal interests include tennis and international travel. |

| Having survived past lives as both an Industrial Engineer and an Organizational Development Consultant for a large professional services firm, Greg is an accomplished designer and facilitator of performance development experiences. He has a passion for supporting the learning and growth of others and also disappearing with his canoe into a remote wilderness for his own learning adventures. |

| With a degree in education and experience running her own business, Rosemary splits her time between program facilitation and making sure that our workshop logistics run smoothly. Newly relocated from Canada, Rosemary now lives in her home state of Connecticut with her husband and three children. |

| Hanadi is the glue that holds Cradlerock together! With responsibilities that range from managing program teams to billing and infrastructure management, if you have a question, the answer is probably here. Hanadi also spends some of her bottomless energy volunteering with various international political agencies. |

| Linnea has enjoyed a range of experience over the past fifteen years in a variety of human resources and management positions at some of America’s largest financial organizations. Currently, she is the head of Cradlerock’s client relationship team, and spends her “spare” time singing opera. |

| Another of Cradlerock’s senior consultants, Patrick first joined Cradlerock in 1987. Since then, he has designed and delivered training programs for nearly 1000 client groups across the Americas and Europe. A graduate of Princeton University and long-time New Jersey resident, Patrick still considers himself a temporarily displaced Minnesotan. |

Our resident UConn fan, Scott is also the founder of the Millennium Project, a Stamford, CT based leadership program for higher education, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Experiential Training and Development Alliance. |
